The request for exchange should be made within 7 days of delivery
Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable
Pre-orders and custom creations are not eligible for return or exchange
LETOIT reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy
Returns that do not adhere to the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion
